Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the efficient operation of the Center. Process internal documents in accordance with university policies and procedures. Learn and utilize the university's financial system to process invoices and track payments. Organize, maintain, and secure important financial and administrative documents. Support the Director with recordkeeping, scheduling, and general clerical tasks. Provide assistance on special projects and other duties as assigned.



Required Qualifications:
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated experience with administrative support, office operations, or clerical work. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes quickly. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment.



Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education or nonprofit settings. Familiarity with financial or procurement systems. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
