Under the direction of an assigned supervisor or manager, perform duties of a non-academic, professionalnature on a temporary basis for a specific project, regardless of length of employment, according to CaliforniaEducation Code, Section 88003, and SDCCD Board Policy 7230. Major Responsibilities TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Collect data
  • Asset tag into
  • Input info on Spreadsheets
  • Walkthrough campuses
  • Record keeping
Qualifications DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Computer and Software Proficiency
  • Asset Management Software
  • Input and generate reports, Databases
  • Spreadsheet Software: Advanced skills in programs like Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Data Collection and Auditing: The ability to accurately collect, evaluate, and maintain asset information, as well as perform regular physical audits.
  • Knowledge of Asset Lifecycles: Understanding the complete lifecycle of an asset, from acquisition and use to maintenance, disposal, and replacement.
  • Troubleshooting: The ability to troubleshoot software and data-related problems within the asset management system.
Desired Qualifications Education and/or Experience:
  • An associate's or Bachelor's degree or coursework in a related field is a strong qualification

  • Provide a Certificate of Tuberculosis Exam for initial appointment (Note: The certificate must be renewed every 4 years as a condition of continuing employment);
  • Have fingerprints taken by a Live Scan computer at the candidate's expense (Clearance must be received prior to first day of employment); AND
  • Present original documents for proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
