Job Summary
The Coordinator for Student Success and Academic Recovery is a full-time, twelve-month, grant-funded position that reports to the Director for Student Success and Academic Excellence. The coordinator is responsible for providing programs and services which support the retention efforts of the university and enhance the educational experiences of all students. The Coordinator for Student Success will help establish an atmosphere open to meeting the reasonable expectations of students and ensure high quality programs and services. These programs and services will be delivered in a professional manner and in concert with State System and Kutztown University ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of three years of relevant experience.
Direct experience with retention initiatives and assessment best practices in higher education is required.
Preferred Qualifications
A master's degree in Student Affairs, Education Administration, Social Work or related area is preferred.

The starting salary for this position is $54,435.00, based on the SCUPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
