Responsibilities:

Administrative support to the Dean of the College of Health Sciences
Develop and maintain the College of Health Sciences calendar of events and initiatives
Support College of Health Sciences portal and website
Support the College of Health Sciences in assembling annual accomplishment database and online resource
Support College of Health Sciences in planning and scheduling of events
Support College of Health Sciences with special projects
Support faculty, students and external constituencies who have questions and/or concerns
Maintain and update an electronic site of common and discipline specific materials for the accredited health and medical sciences academic programs
Support the College of Health Sciences with the preparation of accreditation self-study materials, planning of site visits and preparation of annual reports
Support to College of Health Sciences Planning and Budget Coordinator related to general College function (listservs, student workers, etc.)
Other Duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree desirable
Prior experience in an academic setting preferred

Technology Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications
Proven computer and keyboard skills

Human Relations Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively and positively with members of the College and University's constituencies.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Professional and business-like demeanor
Attention to detail
Candidates must be willing and able to support and advance the University mission.
