New York Institute of Technology's College of Osteopathic Medicine seeks a P/T Animal Care Assistant, located at the Long Island, NY (Old Westbury) campus.

Responsibilities

Preparing and transferring animals to new cages.
Running old cages through cage washer.
Maintenance of aquaculture facility and feeding of fish.
Basic record-keeping.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree and a field of expertise in animal sciences is preferred. AALAS training is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills is required.
