Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Under direct supervision, performs work of moderate difficulty in all aspects of carpentry and building maintenance through demolishing, constructing, installing, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance to all carpentry related building exteriors, interiors, structures, facades, finishes and fixtures.
Qualifications:
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Completed College related courses or apprentice preferred.
- Experience
- One to two years of experience or a combination of equivalent education and related experience in carpentry or Building Maintenance required.
- Minimally proficient in spoken and written English required.
- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in position duties.
- Valid Illinois Driver's License required.
- Snow removal experience preferred.
Working Conditions:
We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
Hiring Range:
Starting salary beginning at $26.88, based on education and experience.
