Job Summary


This position reports directly to the University Registrar and provides administrative and technical support to facilitate seamless registration and enrollment for all students current, future and previous. An employee in this class will provide administrative and technical support to the campus at large, including but not limited to faculty, department chairs, deans and support offices. In addition to working in these areas, the management technician will be backup supervisor of all aspects of the National Student Clearinghouse including (but not limited to) troubleshooting, reporting and data collection. This employee will provide support for multiple campus committees. This role will include assisting the University Registrar with registrar calendar, meeting schedules, travel, budgeting, university calendars, SourcePoint requisitions (bills/supplies), subpoenas/records requests and regoffice@kutztown.edu calendars. Further, the technician will become the secondary backup for the campus certifying officers for all Veterans affairs students. The employee will hire and supervise all work study students in the Registrar's office. The employee will be primary person responsible for receiving, analyzing and responding to the regoffice@kutztown.edu email box. Responsible for processing name and address changes, preferred name change requests, FERPA and verification of enrollment requests. This person will be backup to the phones and front counter clerk.

The starting salary for this position is $45,907.00, based on the AFSCME Collective Bargaining Agreement.
