The College of DuPage is a comprehensive community college located 27 miles west of downtown Chicago, vitally connected to our local area for over 50 years. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure accurate processing and recording for the College's payroll; provide timely and accurate daily data entry for payroll processing. Position involves a great amount of confidentiality, and must be able to work autonomously and responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Education
- Associate's Degree or equivalent required.
- Knowledge of accounting and/or payroll required.
- Experience
- 2 years' experience in accounting or payroll required; or an equivalent combination of training and experience required.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English required.
Working Conditions:
Part-Time Work Schedule: Up to 29 hours weekly
Hiring Range:
Classified 5 Hourly/Hiring rate beginning at $18.83/hourly depending on experience
