Position Summary:
The Head Women's Volleyball Coach is responsible for all facets of conducting a successful women's volleyball program at the NCAA Division 1 level. This position reports directly to the Director of Athletics with regular interaction with the Director of NCAA Compliance and the Director of Business.
Duties may include:

On the floor coaching during practice and competition
Recruiting of top-quality student-athletes
Fundraising
Promotional and public relations activities
Speaking engagements and media interviews
Administration and coaching of summer camps
Compliance with all NCAA, conference and university rules and regulations demonstrating professional integrity
Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

Intercollegiate volleyball coaching experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's degree
Successful Intercollegiate volleyball coaching experience
Competitive experience as intercollegiate volleyball player
Successful head or assistant coaching experience with NCAA Division I
Ability to recruit top-quality student-athletes at the NCAA Division I level
Familiarity with Northwest recruiting areas
Demonstrated administrative, public relations, and organizational skills
Ability to establish good rapport and working relationships with student-athletes, administration, coaching staffs, university personnel, and the general public
Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to comply with NCAA, conference, and university rules and regulations
Coaching and administrative experience with summer camps, if desired
