Position Summary: The primary location of this position is on the main Cullowhee, NC campus.

Must have a valid North Carolina Driver's License.

The primary purpose of this position is to prepare, repair, finish and/or refinish building equipment surfaces (wood, plaster, drywall, wall covering, steel, concrete, brick, etc) by recognized procedures and techniques of the painting trade.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required for this position:

Minimum Qualifications: Graduation from high school or equivalent. Experience in the trade(s) areas related to the positions role may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.
